WHAT WE DO

What We Do

Octane simplifies fleet fuel management and day-to-day trucking operations by solving the problems drivers face every mile:

  • Unpredictable fuel costs
  • Fuel cards that fail at the pump
  • Cash flow gaps between loads and broker payments
  • Expensive downtime and repairs
  • Lack of visibility across drivers, vehicles, and spending

With Octane, fuel, maintenance, credit, and protection work together in one system.

Our Story

1

The Beginning

Octane started as a fuel card — and quickly became something more.

2

The Goal

The project came to life about a year and a half ago, with one clear goal: build a fuel program that works in real life, not just on paper.

3

The Reality Check

By working closely with owner-operators and fleet owners, we saw the same issues repeat — good discounts advertised, poor results on the road, and too many disconnected tools trying to solve one problem at a time.

4

The Shift

So we rebuilt the model.

5

What It Became

Octane evolved into a trucking operations platform designed for real-time use, real support, and real control — wherever the road leads.
